CARA Care & Repair

CARA (Community Action for Repair and Assistance) is our community-based care and repair initiative that helps residents maintain their homes and community spaces while promoting sustainability and reducing waste.

What We Do

Our Care & Repair service brings together skilled volunteers and community members to:

Provide minor home repairs for elderly and vulnerable residents
Offer furniture restoration and upcycling workshops
Run community repair cafes for small appliances and electronics
Support community garden maintenance and development
Organize tool libraries and skill-sharing sessions

Who Can Access the Service?
